ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency in 1996, and today I lead a dedicated team of six. Before becoming an agent, I earned my degree from Bowling Green State University and began my career as a State Farm claims representative. That experience taught me how meaningful it is to guide people through life’s unexpected moments, and my passion for helping others is still what drives me every day.
Community involvement is a huge part of what we do. I partner with local schools for Nordonia Safe Decisions Week, sponsoring events focused on safety education and teen driver awareness. Our team also supports organizations like the Emergency Assistance Center and Habitat for Humanity, because giving back is at the heart of our mission.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jill Gaba - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
